Artix Entertainment, LLC is a game development company that specializes in creating online RPG games written for Macromedia Flash. The company was founded by Adam Bohn, and is based in Land O' Lakes, Florida, in the United States.
Artix Entertainment uses the fictional world of Lore as the setting for its RPGs. The company received its first invitation to E3, the Electronic Entertainment Expo, in 2006. As the company is not an public company, it offers no stock and has not yet released an Annual Report. This status is currently unexpected to change.
GamesArtix Entertainment develops a small range of games with storylines that are loosely based off of each other. All of them have anime-style graphics and a fairly simple user interface. AdventureQuest
AdventureQuest is a browser-based RPG featuring simple gameplay mechanics and turn-based battles, constant updates, many monsters, and many items. There is a special one time payment of $19.95 which can upgrade characters to Guardians who have more items, more quests, more experience gained from battles, and more gold gained from battles. X-Guardianship improves the amount of gold and experience as well as the fact that the upgraded character gains 10,000 gold. ZardWars
ZardWars is a spin-off of AdventureQuest where the only monsters players can fight are Zards. It was originally created as a test bed for a new database structure. ArchKnight
ArchKnight is a Guardian-only minigame. The storyline for ArchKnight will be continued in DragonFable. The main character of ArchKnight, Ash, is now in the main town of DragonFable and is used to connect with multiple quests. DragonFable
DragonFable is a highly-anticipated game which will sport features such as walk-around and an enhanced battle system. DragonFable was fully released on June 9th, 2006, and is now available to all players. Those who buy a Dragon Amulet will be known as Dragon Lords and are comprable to AdventureQuest's Guardians. Undead Assault is the first in a series of mini-games that Artix Entertainment is releasing. You can download it to use on your own website or play it straight from the Internet. In the game you are walking through a graveyard and must use the mouse and space-bar to attack undead monsters. DragonFable: FireSpawn
FireSpawn is the second mini-game released by Artix Entertainment. It can be downloaded for your website. Included in the game is a piece of history about one of AdventureQuest and DragonFable's main characters, Galanoth. In this game you play as Galanoth. You are riding a horse and must shoot a dragon with a crossbow (and several specialty arrows, such as trident and bomb) while jumping obstacles. Ninja Assault
Ninja Assault is a different version of Undead Assault, licensed to Shockwave.com. In the game, you are a ninja defending the farming villages in the Daijin valley. External links |
